D&D Scheduling That Runs on Autopilot

Your Group. Your Schedule. One Table.

TaliVault replaces the weekly group-chat scramble. Set up your Table once, invite your party, and games schedule themselves. Silence means coming, one-tap emails handle the conflicts, and DMs know they have a full party before they prep.

What It Does for You

For Players

Stop digging through group chats to find out when the next game is.

  • You're counted in for every game at your table by default. Only speak up if life gets in the way.
  • Running late? Tap how late (15m, 30m, 1h) so the group can start without wondering.
  • One check-in email two days before, with one-tap answers requiring no password or login.
  • Every game syncs to your personal Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

For Dungeon Masters

Know your table's full before you spend the week prepping.

  • Set how many players you need to run, and get warned early if opt-outs drop you short.
  • Put your campaign on the table's regular cadence and every night runs it automatically.
  • Can't make it one week? Step aside and the night opens up for someone else, or calls off cleanly.
  • Keep all your game links in one place: your VTT, D&D Beyond, voice chat, and session notes.

For Groups & Rotating DMs

Same night every week, whoever is behind the screen.

  • Set the cadence once (like Fridays at 7 PM) and upcoming sessions generate on autopilot.
  • Anyone at the table can put their campaign on a night.
  • A night without a story shows Needs a DM, so the group never loses its weekly rhythm.
  • Cancelling a session or changing the regular day requires two members to agree.

How a Table Works

  1. 1

    Start a Table

Set your group's regular day, time, and who runs it. The next few weeks go on the calendar automatically.

  2. 2

    Share the Link

One link in your group chat brings everyone in. Joining the table means you're counted in for every game.

  3. 3

    Play Without the Chase

Games sync to everyone's calendar. Silence means coming; only conflicts and late arrivals need an answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Table?
A Table is your gaming group: the people you play with, the day you meet (e.g. Fridays at 7 PM), and the campaigns you run. A table can run one epic multi-year campaign, or rotate between different DMs and their campaigns without re-scheduling.
Do my players need an account to answer?
Not to answer. The buttons in the email work with one tap without signing in. To join a table and see their calendar, they sign in and pick a D&D Name, the name your table knows them by. There's no password to remember.
What does it cost?
Nothing. TaliVault is completely free with no paywalled features, no ads, and no subscriptions.
Is it only for D&D?
No. It speaks D&D (DMs, campaigns, D&D Names), but any tabletop RPG group with a regular game can schedule here, Pathfinder included. The Price Guide covers D&D 5e magic items only.
Does it replace our VTT or Discord?
No. It coordinates them. Keep your links on the table and the campaign (Foundry, Roll20, D&D Beyond, Discord), and everyone has them right on the session card before the game starts.
Can strangers find our game?
No. There is no public game-finding or player directory. Only people you explicitly invite with a link or email can see your tables and games.
